Submit soft closure/limited hours for UAF web calendar by Dec. 13

UAF departments are requested to submit their soft closure and/or reduced business
hours schedule for this year's soft closure date, Jan. 3, to Pat Cruse at uaf-marketing@alaska.edu no later than Friday, Dec 13. If your department is open with regular hours on Jan.
3, you need not respond.
Each year the winter holiday dates are published on the UAF website, including a calendar
of the soft closure date and which departments have changes from their regular schedule.
To find your department’s information from last year, go to your section of the 2012
calendar at http://www.uaf.edu/marketing/holiday/, copy the information and submit updates. Use the existing format as much as possible.
This will help streamline the process and ensure accuracy.
