Strategic enrollment planning underway

The Strategic Enrollment Plan Steering Committee met Nov. 14-15 to continue the universitywide
planning process to recruit and retain more students. The committee heard reports
from working groups tasked with compiling and analyzing data and information in the
following areas:
- workforce academic programs
- undergraduate academic programs
- graduate academic programs
- marketing and recruitment
- student success
- finance and financial aid
- online programs
SEP is being overseen by Mary Kreta, associate vice chancellor for enrollment management. The November meeting was the third in a series of six; overviews of the first three meetings are available at https://uaf.edu/sep/updates.php.
