Startup Weekend Fairbanks Sept. 22-24

UAF, including the Office of Intellectual Property and Commercialization, has partnered with the Fairbanks Economic Development Corp. and a range of other
local and Alaska-based businesses and organizations to present the 2017 Startup Weekend
Fairbanks Sept. 22-24. The event is 54 hours of hands-on work learning how to launch
a business. Entrepreneurs and innovators can use the risk-free environment to test
out ideas for innovative products and services for Alaska. The event, held at the
Hub in downtown in Fairbanks, is open to entrepreneurs, inventors, developers, artists
and designers regardless of skill level or experience.
