Speak about UAF academic programs in the same way

Today I read the article "FY 21 budget includes funding for UAA and UAF athletic programs" in the UA News Center. I was struck by how I have yet to hear UAF administration speak about any academic programs in such glowing, life-changing descriptions. The continued funding of athletics to the detriment of UAF academic programs is in my opinion misguided, but if it must go forward, please tone down the rhetoric. This propaganda piece was disturbing for how much it lays the success of UAF on its mediocre athletics program rather than where it belongs - the academic departments.
