Solve Climate 2030 nationwide webinar April 7

On April 7, university and high school students across the nation, along with faith and community groups, will tune into 52 simultaneous, university-hosted statewide webinars exploring how ambitious state and local action can help start solving climate change by 2030.  UAF sponsors include the Climate Scholars Program within the UAF Honors College, the Institute for Arctic Biology, and the International Arctic Research Center.

All UAF staff, faculty and students are encouraged to register.

This event will be offered via Zoom.

5:00 - 5:10 pm Welcome to Power Dialogue - Solve Climate by 2030. Eban Goodstein, Director, Graduate Programs in Sustainability / Bard College (via video)


5:10 - 6 pm Climate Solutions Panel and Panel Discussion. Four Alaska climate leaders will discuss solutions to move us towards Solving Climate by 2030
