Social media policy for UAF staff and faculty

Is there a formal social media policy for UAF staff and faculty? It seems like there is a small group that is determined to be constantly negative. They do highlight legitimate issues, but it seems like they are going out of their way to criticize anything possible. This creates a toxic environment at a time when many people are doing everything in their power to maintain staff morale in these times of ongoing challenges.
