Selection process for enrollment plan steering committee

How was the steering committee for Strategic Enrollment Planning selected? I see there are people from various roles at UAF but I don't see much in the way of student support representation (ie advising, registration, res life, Wood Center, etc). This, combined with two individuals from the admissions office being included, seems to imply that recruitment rather retention continues to be the focus.
