Three new short videos posted on the University of Alaska Fairbanks website share stories about students and faculty members who inspire each other.

In the videos:


  • Graduate student Nicole Knight and Professor Sarah Hayes talk about working together at Hayes' state-of-the-art chemistry lab.

  • Journalism student Julia Taylor and Professor Brian O'Donoghue describe covering a court proceeding that exonerated four men imprisoned 18 years for a 1997 murder.

  • Dillingham High School student Andrew Akelkok shares his enthusiasm for learning about alternative energy with Tom Marsik, science professor at UAF's Bristol Bay Campus.
