Scholarship survey for staff and faculty

The Scholarship Transformation and Revitalization process improvement team is seeking
feedback on UAF's student scholarship process (including gaps in information, application
and follow-up) from the staff and faculty perspective. Data gathered from this anonymous survey will help the STAR team create a communication plan for institutional scholarships.
