ROTC to host commissioning ceremony

The University of Alaska Fairbanks Army ROTC program will host a commissioning ceremony at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21, at Schaible Auditiorium on the Fairbanks campus. The ceremony will honor Krystal Austin, who will be commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army. A reception will follow the ceremony. Please RSVP to Maj.
