ROTC PT uniforms

As a safety suggestion the ROTC kids could stand to wear PT uniforms that have more reflective material and/or brighter colors then the navy blue and small reflective striped uniforms they currently use. Usually I can pick them out in the mornings while driving into work but this morning with the snow falling they actually blended in rather well as they were running on the shoulder of the roadway. Just a thought to avoid a potential accident.
