Research showcase to explore culinary arts

The Undergraduate Research & Scholarly Activity office will host this week's research showcase, "Culinary Arts: Julia Child and Albert Einstein," Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 5:30 p.m. in Schaible Auditorium. The event will include a presentation by Jennifer Jolis, culinary arts professor at UAF.
