Research showcase features modern bird collecting

The University of Alaska Fairbanks will host a free public lecture, "What we do in modern bird colleting" Wednesday, Feb. 13th at 5:30 p.m. in the Schaible Auditorium on the UAF campus.

Kevin Winker, Curator of birds at UA Museum of the North will give the presentation, which is part of the weekly research showcase hosted by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Activity.

Parking is free after 5 p.m. and refreshments will be provided.
