Take time to look at the 2017 UAF Staff Recognition and Development Day schedule and register. There's a little bit of something for everyone on Wednesday, May 17. Take time to
look at the 2017 UAF Staff Recognition and Development Day schedule and register. There's a little bit of something for everyone on Wednesday, May 17. Registration for lunch must be completed by noon, Tuesday, May 16. Lunch includes fried chicken, barbecue beef, vegetarian lasagne and an assortment
of sides.
Staff Recognition and Development Day celebrates employee accomplishments and allows
employees opportunities to develop professionally. Participants must register.
Many of the sessions will be offered via Google Hangouts. If you sign up for a session offered this way, please be sure to use Google Chrome
or download the appropriate plug-in prior to the class.
The day's activities will begin 10:30 a.m. with a welcome from Chancellor Dana Thomas
and the longevity awards ceremony at the Schaible Auditorium. Professional and personal
development sessions will follow throughout the day. Lunch will be served upstairs
in the Wood Center beginning around noon. The Chancellor's Ice Cream Social in front
of the new engineering building will conclude the day.
