The University of Alaska Fairbanks Center for One Health Research will partner with the U.S. Department of State to host the international conference, One Health, One Future March 11-14, 2020, in Fairbanks, Alaska.

This event is expected to be the largest circumpolar One Health conference held in the United States in 2020, with participation from across the Arctic region.

Environmental, cultural and human rights advocate and Nobel Peace Prize nominee Sheila Watt-Cloutier will open the conference. She addresses the issues of today — the environment, the economy, foreign policy, global health and sustainability — not as separate concerns, but as an interconnected whole.
