Rasmuson Library 50 Objects Project

Join the Elmer E. Rasmuson Library in celebrating its 50th anniversary this spring
by helping choose its most precious and unique items for a special exhibit.
The library plans to highlight 50 exceptional objects — books, artworks, maps, historical
photographs, recordings, projects, etc. — that demonstrate the extensive resources
of the Rasmuson Library.
What items from the library have you seen or used that you think are extraordinary?
What projects or resources would you like to champion and make others aware of? What
objects tell the story of the library?
Nominations for the 50 Objects Project can be made online through Sunday, March 15. Anyone who has visited the Rasmuson Library over the past 50 years in welcome to
participate. The selections will be revealed May 3 during the celebration of the 50th
anniversary of the library’s dedication.
