University Relations

Rasmuson Library now offers a cell phone tour. The target audience for the tour is undergraduate students, but anyone is welcome to participate. To get started, ask for a map at the circulation desk or download one online from the library website. A cell phone is required to take this tour. This is a pilot project and we welcome comments and feedback.
to  help make the tour better.

The Elmer E. Rasmuson Library is Alaska’s largest library, with more than 1.1 million volumes. The library has one of the world’s finest collections of Alaska and polar regions materials, including books, periodicals, photography, manuscripts, films, oral histories, rare books and maps. The collections are centered on Alaska but include many items about the circumpolar North and Antarctica.
