Question about Dean of Students office

What reorganization is happening at the Dean of Students Office? Everyone knows that there have been some personnel changes but there has been no clear announcement about a reorganization. Are they still functioning in the same manner or should students be referred elsewhere for assistance with previous DOS matters?
