Queen to serve as interim associate vice chancellor for financial services

Julie Queen, director of UAF's Office of Management and Budget, will serve as interim associate vice chancellor for financial services to fill the vacancy created by Raaj Kurapati's departure.
In addition to directing OMB, Queen now also will supervise the Bursar's Office, the Office of Finance and Accounting, the Office of Grants and Contracts, and Auxiliary, Recharge and Contract Operations.
The recruitment notice for the associate vice chancellor position was posted internally and externally
last week; applications will be accepted at least through Aug. 15. The position will be open until filled.
