I'm waiting on text books that say they were delivered early last week that I still have not received a package pick up slip for. Every semester I order my books on-line and they get delivered on time, then I have to wait days upon days sometimes 1-2 weeks for the post office to finally notify me. Why do I have to go through this with the post office every semester? Especially after seeing the fee increase it is really frustrating I can not get my packages in a timely manner.
