Photography contest opens to entries

Contest entries will be featured during April in Wood Center's Arctic Java coffee
shop. Photographers also can participate in the April 3 First Friday reception at
Arctic Java.
Four $250 prizes will be awarded. One prize will be awarded in each of three categories
— black and white, landscape and adventure. The fourth prize will go to the audience
favorite following the gallery hanging in the month of April.
Participants are limited to one submission per category, for a total of three potential
submissions. Photos should be submitted to the Student Activities Office in Wood Center. Photos
must be wired and mounted so they're ready to hang in Arctic Java.
One Arctic Java liability waiver and display agreement, available at http://uaf.edu/woodcenter/activities/first-friday/,
must be signed and submitted by each participant, regardless of the number of entries.
