Petroleum engineering student Raymundo Lopez was honored as a Scholar for the Hispanic Engineers National Academic Achievement Conference in Pasadena, California, in October. The Great Minds in STEM sponsored his trip, and Chevron recognized him with a scholarship and an opportunity for full-time employment.

Lopez  was also chosen as a National BP Scholar for the academic year and was flown to Houston in August to visit the BP American operations. BP will also sponsor a trip to Chicago in spring 2019 to view their site there.

Visit the Financial Aid Office to learn more about scholarships and grants (free money!) and loans (which you have to pay back).
