April 16, 2013

Please be mindful of construction signs as you're traveling through the UAF campus on foot. Construction zones are not open to foot traffic unless there's a specific marked areas for pedestrians. Pedestrian access from the Taku parking lot to the campus core up Taku hill will be closed. Please use alternate routes.

During the construction season, please allow extra time to get to your destination, and check the construction website for additional information. Visitors to the core area who drive should expect to park and ride from Taku lot or park and walk/ride from the Nenana lot. Several other lots will be affected during construction staging.

Through out the summer UAF campus shuttles will be running and provide on call service to anyone need ADA access to buildings. Call 474-RIDE (7433)

The Construction Parking Map (pdf) shows some of the work and affected parking lots throughout the summer.
