UAF Dining Services offers faculty and staff a dining plan that provide meals at prices below those paid by walk-up customers. The option to use payroll deduction is now available when purchasing a meal plan.

There are two plans:

  • The block 300 plan costs $300, which will cover $300 of munch money purchases and comes with a bonus of either 10 block meals or an additional $30 in munch money.

  • The block 200 plan costs $200, which will cover $200 of munch money purchases and comes with a bonus of either five block meals or an additional $20 in munch money.

Munch money is used like cash at all dining locations and most vending machines on campus at any time of the day.

Block dinners are at Dine Forty-nine for all-you-care-to-eat dinner. They can be exchanged for up to a $7 equivalency at most UAF campus dining locations (excluding Subway) from 4:30 until closing. Multiple blocks, munch money or other forms of payment may be used for purchases over $7.

The plans expire one year from the date of purchase. You can find more information and the faculty/staff meal plan application at www.uaf.edu/dining/.
