An Oregon State University researcher will talk about climate change and predator persistence in the eastern Bering Sea from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, on the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus.

OSU's Scott Heppell will present the eighth talk in the 2018 Fisheries and Ocean Sciences Seminar Series sponsored by the UAF College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences. This lecture is also part of the Frank and Marjorie Meek Seminars in Fisheries, which brings visiting scholars to UAF to spend a week or two discussing fisheries topics with students and the public.

Heppell's presentation in Fairbanks will be in 201 O'Neill Building. Streaming is available in Juneau at 101 Lena Point Fisheries Facility.

To participate via Pexip, a web-based meeting platform, contact Christina Sutton at clsutton3@alaska.edu or 907-474-5840 at least 24 hours before the seminar.
