Oceanographer will discuss trace metals research program

A University of Alaska Fairbanks oceanographer will discuss her participation in the international Geotraces program, which focuses on measuring and better understanding the cycling of trace elements, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, on the Fairbanks campus.

College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences professor Ana Aguilar-Islas will present the fourth talk in the 2018 Fisheries and Ocean Sciences Seminar Series, sponsored by CFOS.

Aguilar-Islas' presentation in Fairbanks will be in 201 O'Neill Building. Streaming is available in Juneau at 101 Lena Point Fisheries Facility.
