Nominations needed for Staff Council leaders

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2014-2015 Staff Council president and vice
president positions. Staff Council representatives will elect officers on Tuesday,
May 13, at Staff Council Meeting No. 249.
You do not have to be a Staff Council member to submit a nomination or to run for
office. You may submit a nomination on your own behalf. If you are interested in nominating
someone or running for either office, please contact the Staff Council Office at 474-7056
or uaf-staff-council@alaska.edu for more information on eligibility and the responsibilities
associated with these elected positions.
Nominations may be submitted via email to the Staff Council Office at uaf-staff-council@alaska.edu.
Email nominations must be received by May 7. Nominations will also be accepted on
the floor of the May 13 meeting, up to the time of the election.
