Sen. Joe Paskvan will be on the Fairbanks campus for a natural resources management discussion, "North Slope Shale Oil: Opportunities and Issues for Fairbanks," from 3:40 - 5 p.m. , Thursday, Oct. 18 in the Vera Alexander Learning Center at room 201 O'Neill Building.
