The University of Alaska Fairbanks will host a downhill ski and snowboard competition Saturday, March 2 at the Nanook Terrain Park on campus.

Registration for the Top of the World Park Jam will run from 10 to 11 a.m., with practice runs starting at 11 a.m. and inspection starting at 1 p.m. Competition will start at 1:30 p.m. and spectators are welcome.

Registration is $5 on-site only and space is limited. Prizes will be awarded.

10 - 11 a.m. — Open registration
11 a.m. - noon — Open competition practice
Noon - 1 p.m. — Course maintenance
1 - 1:15 p.m. — Course inspection
1:15 - 1:30 p.m. — Riders' meeting
1:30 - 4:30 p.m. — Judged competition*
4:30 - 5 p.m. — Judges' tabulation*
5 - 5:30 p.m. — Awards ceremony*
*Times are approximate, depending on the number of competitors.
