The University of Alaska Museum of the North has planned a new series of presentations for the spring semester.

The University of Alaska Museum of the North is offering a series of presentations this semester about research from the museum's collections.

The Museum Discovery Series features a different curator each month unveiling those new discoveries made through that research. The presentations, which are free and open to the public, will be held at noon Thursdays in the museum auditorium.

This year’s series includes the following presentations:

March 29, “What Drawing Can Do for You,” by Mareca Guthrie.

April 26, “Wish Upon a Pike,” by Andrés López.

May 10, “Birds, Birds, Birds” by Kevin Winker.
