Monthly short-story reading group meets Oct. 17

The Nanook Diversity and Action Center and the Resource and Advocacy Center are hosting a monthly short-story reading group. To recognize October's LGBTQ+ History Month and Domestic Violence Awareness Month, this month's reading will be the article "A Same-Sex Domestic Violence Epidemic Is Silent," by Maya Schwayder.
The group discussion takes place Wednesday, Oct. 17, from 6-8 p.m. in the Wood Center multilevel lounge. Prior reading is not required. The event is open to all UAF students and employees. For more information email uaf-ndac@alaska.edu.
