Mölders publishes "Land-Use and Land-Cover Changes"

A book by Geophysical Institute Professor Nicole Mölders, Land-Use and Land-Cover Changes: Impact on Climate and Air Quality, was published by Springer as Volume 44 of the Atmospheric and Oceanographic Sciences Library.

Mölders is a professor with the GI’s Atmospheric Sciences research group and is the academic department chair for Atmospheric Sciences through the UAF College of Natural Science and Mathematics.

The book reviews current knowledge on how natural and anthropogenic land-use/cover changes affect weather, air quality and climate worldwide. The hardcover edition is available for $129.
