#MeToo movement founder to speak at UAF

The University of Alaska Fairbanks will host a public presentation and discussion with Tarana Burke, founder of the #MeToo movement, on Friday, April 6, from 6-8 p.m. in Schaible Auditorium. Tickets to the event are free but are required for admission. Tickets are available at the UAF Wood Center front desk Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Seating is limited, so advance tickets are strongly recommended. Admission at the door will be on a space-available basis.

The event is sponsored by the Nanook Diversity and Action Center.
