Men of Distinction have connection to UAF

Six of 14 men honored at Fairbanks' inaugural Black History Month’s Men of Distinction Awards have a connection with UAF. Honorees included: Alex Anegashie, a UA accountant; Jeffrey Brooks, instructor for culinary arts at CTC; Darryl Lewis, reporter with KTVF and a UAF alumnus; Michael Scott, manager of Campus Technology Services; Milo Griffin, Lathrop High School coach and UAF alumnus; and Johnathan Kenney, current UAF student.
