Feeling anxious about COVID-19? There are ways to help.


  1. Flyer repeats info in announcementKnow that you are not alone.

  2. Breathe. Deep breathing can help achieve a state of calm and lower stress hormones.

  3. Reach out to others.

  4. Set limits on how much news you consume, and be sure to get your information from reliable sources.

  5. Keep to a daily routine.


If you feel your anxiety is overwhelming, students can call the Student Health and Counseling at 474-7043 for a telehealth appointment. Employees can access services through the Employee Assistance Program.
