Beyoncé’s "Lemonade" will be screened and discussed at Arctic Java starting at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 23, to celebrate Women's History Month.

The Nanook Action and Diversity Center will host the event.

"Lemonade" is Beyoncé’s sixth album. The album delivers a dozen songs through an hour-long film. Tidal, the subscription-based music streaming service owned by Beyoncé’s husband Jay Z, released the album in April 2016. Tidal described it as “a conceptual project based on every woman’s journey of self-knowledge and healing.”

A discussion of the album's music, visuals, symbolism and social impact will be held after the screening.
