Is there a plan to deal with the pigeons on campus?

I have noticed that the pigeons on campus have really done well over the last year. Their numbers have doubled or more. There was a lot of droppings in the area between Eielson and Gruening this summer. I can only imagine the damage they are doing to the roof of Gruening. So I was wondering if there is a plan to deal with them.
