Holly McDonald hired as campus advising coordinator

The Division of General Studies is pleased to announce that Holly McDonald is joining the team as the campus advising coordinator. In this role, McDonald will support academic advising through training, professional development and assessment of advising across UAF. She brings 19 years of experience in higher education and institutional knowledge to the position.

McDonald joins DGS from the Office of the Registrar, where she most recently served as the associate registrar. During her time there, she worked closely with many areas of the office, at various times supervising graduation, records and registration, curriculum and catalog, academic scheduling, and transfer credit. Prior to the Office of the Registrar, she was the student services manager at Interior Alaska Campus.
