Hazardous conditions on West Ridge roads

Could signage be placed for no parking on the road going to the W9 parking lot (by IARC) saying no parking and along the skihut part of the road? Every year events like ski clubs, and running clubs from K-12 and other community events park there. In the 15 yrs+ I've worked here is just gets worse every year. Every night, when these events are going on, almost accidents happen and vehicles block the road sometimes entirely. With the back roads closed currently, this problem will get worse this Fall. I've been stuck, and collided into another vehicle behind me, in the snow/ice, at the hill leaving IARC parking lot due to someone deciding to park on that road. They had just been driving and gave no indication that they intended to park. It just becomes a very hazardous situation, with pedestrians and young children (hard to see, unpredictable) also possibly at risk. The darker the day gets as well, this just makes the problem much worse, especially with pedestrians without reflective gear. We also seem to now have events in the parking lot itself, with little to no supervision for large amounts of children being dropped off by buses. I don't say this as a complaint, but more out of worry for hazardous conditions for all involved from every aspect.
