GI to host food drive

The 4th annual Geophysical Institute Food Drive is underway. This food drive supports the Fairbanks Community Food Bank. The food drive will take place through the remainder of the month and items may be donated on the UAF campus in Elvey Room 614. The GI hopes to collect 1,000 pounds of food or more for the local charity by Oct. 31, 2012. Non-perishable and canned goods are especially appreciated. Donations of food should be deposited into the marked bins in Elvey Room 614. If you'd rather donate monetarily, cash or check donations can be dropped off in the same location with Roberta Greenlee or Jackie Dashiel of the GI Business Office.
