Stephen Johnston is a professor and chair of the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences for the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He will present a unique Canadian point of view on northern American tectonics — without ignoring Alaska — in his talk: “Laurentia in the Mid-Cretaceous (120 to 90 Ma): Reconciling the Cordilleran and Cratonic Geological Records.”

The presentation starts at 11:45 a.m. on Friday, March 19, via Zoom.
