Geist Road traffic pattern change

Geist Road will be closed to through traffic at Fairbanks Street until approximately
June 8.
- Access to businesses will be maintained on either side of the closure, and the road is open for local traffic.
- The College Post Office is accessible from both sides of Geist Road, but traffic will not be permitted through the Fairbanks Street intersection. Please look at the detour map for more information.
- Watch for workers and equipment in the area and obey all traffic laws and construction signs.
All traffic traveling from Chena Pump Road to the Johansen Expressway must use the signed detour route.
