Gates of the Arctic topic on radio June 20

Don and Tracie Pendergrast, both former park rangers at Gates of the Arctic National
Park, will be interviewed on KIAK and KFBX radio stations on Wednesday, June 20, to
talk about their presentation later that evening: "Discover Alaska: Gates of the Arctic."
The Discover Alaska series is held every Wednesday evening May 30 - August 15 (no
event on July 4) at 7 p.m. in Schaible Auditorium unless otherwise noted. Lectures are free to the public.
The radio shows will air:
- Live at 8:30 a.m. – (4 - 5 minutes) on 102.5 KIAK-FM. Also available live online — click on the “Listen Live” star.
- At 8:35 or 8:40 a.m. (20 minutes) on 970 KFBX. A podcast will be available after the show.
