The Alaska 4-H program will team up with JOANN stores once again for a fundraiser during March and April.

The “Clovers for Kids” campaign kicks off March 1 and will take place in more than 850 JOANN stores nationwide, including stores in Fairbanks, Anchorage, Wasilla, Soldotna and Juneau. Supporters of the youth program may purchase $1 and $4 paper clovers. The $4 purchase comes with a $4 off coupon for a later purchase.

The campaign will directly support Alaska 4-H programs. 4-H is the youth development program of the Cooperative Extension Service and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. It has 6 million members nationwide and more than 2,500 in Alaska. The program offers hands-on activities that develop life skills and leadership.
