Feel worse after forum

I am not sure if the forum on staff morale was intended to boost morale but I feel worse now. Most of the suggestions from the panel ranged from laughable to insulting. Questions were answered with vague platitudes. I understand there are so many unknown factors with regard to UAF's future, but this did not help.
