Students in Prof. Mike Davis' Understanding the Legislative Process seminar pose in the rain outside the state capitol in Juneau. During the week-long event, students met with 38 individual state lawmakers, plus a variety of state commissioners, judges, reporters, legislative staff, lobbyists and the governor.
