Fairbanks campus to test emergency alert system Thursday

There’s still time to update your information prior to the emergency notification
test on the Fairbanks campus. The test will happen sometime during the day on Thursday,
Sept. 29. Students, employees and visitors to campus should receive one or more test
messages. All test messages will clearly note that they are part of the emergency
notification test.
The messages will also ask you to complete a survey about how you received information
during the test. Please take a moment to complete the survey, as it helps improve
our emergency notification system.
