Facilities Services reorganized
April 10, 2017
UAF Facilities Services has redistributed the work handled by its Division of Auxiliary
and Contract Services in advance of the retirement of Martin Klein, the division's
longtime business manager.
Klein will retire April 26. His position will not be filled.
Effective Monday, April 10, the following departments will move under Facilities Service's
Finance and Business Services:
- Post Office/Mail Services
- Custodial Contracts
- Central Receiving
- Customer Service
The following departments will move under Facilities Service's Operations:
- Transportation Services — Vehicle Fleet, Motor Pool, Vehicle and Equipment Repair Shop
- Shuttle Operations
Submit work orders and request custodial services in the same way as previously. Please contact Customer Service at 474-7000 for assistance.
