Extras needed for film shoot

Theatre UAF announces an open casting call for extras in The Messenger, a multimedia event written and directed by UAF faculty member Kade Mendelowitz.
On Wednesday, Sept. 28, Theatre UAF is shooting an indoor rally scene in the Salisbury
Theatre on campus. Community members of all
ages, genders, ethnicities and body types
are encouraged to come be a part
of this unique opportunity. No acting or lines are
required. In the
movie, this scene is a meeting of the “Restore America” group.
Interested parties can check in at 6:30 p.m. at the Theatre UAF box office in the
Regents' Great Hall of the UAF Fine Arts Complex. Extras should show up on set
dressed
in black, navy blue or charcoal. The shoot will last until
approximately 9:30 p.m.
