Other topics include cleaning with green products, finding housing for your college teen, medicating livestock, gardening with children, using a GPS, companion planting, using a sourdough starter, raising livestock, preparing mushrooms, making bread, Zumba fitness and an overview of Alaska-grown herbs.

Extension agents and staff, and community experts will teach the classes at the district office at 724 27th Ave., in the Fairbanks Community Food Bank building. See the full schedule and class descriptions at www.uaf.edu/ces/tanana/.
